V Egypte som už pochodil veľmi veľa hotelov, ale toto bol najlepší hotel zo všetkých ako v službách a strave. Ráno sme prišli skoro ráno do hotela už o 5h. Na recepcii nám dal náramky a že kým sa naraňajkujeme všetko nachystá. Takže skorý checking bezplatný. Izby sú priestranné a čisté, už je vidno, že majú čosi za sebou. Stravovanie v piatich reštauráciách, v každej inak navarené a výborne, takisto výborné dezerty, nielen na oko, ale aj výborne chutili, kaviareň, niekoľko barov, na pláži tiež bar kde sa dalo najesť tiež celkom fajn výber. Servis neskutočný, ako na pláži, pri bazéne a v baroch, nebolo treba chodiť po drinky. Výborná káva, kapučíno, laté, káva so zmrzlinou, miešané drinky ako mochito, tequila sunrise a iné., po celý deň zmrzlina, sorbety. Personál stále usmiaty ozaj sa starali. Komplex obrovský - krásny, veľa zelene. V hoteli od recepcie k pláži premávali dve loďky od rána až do večera, dali sa zobrať šlapacie labute taký super relax. V areáli požičiavali bicykle pre dve a štyri osoby. Každý večer program. V bare automaticky k pitiu dávali aj oriešky. Vyhrievaný bazén - ten mal 29 stupňov

Veľmi dobré
Rezort bol krásny, obrovský a čistý. Prechádzal ním kanál, ktorým sme sa mohli dostať z jedného miesta na druhé loďkou alebo vodným bicyklom. Boli sme s malým 16 mesačným bábätkom, takže sme využili krásne upravené chodníky a parky na prechádzku a kočíkovanie. Pláž bola piesočnatá, plytká vhodná pre malé dieťa. Poobede bol malý odliv, ktorý ale nevadil. Služba na pláži bola užitočná, personál ochotný. V areáli sa nachádza kaviareň, kde varia skvelú kávu. Okrem kaviarni je tu viacej reštaurácii, kde sme sa mohli najesť kedykoľvek počas celého dňa. Služby personálu v reštauráciách bol primeraný. Okrem pláže tu bolo viacej bazénov z ktorých niektoré boli vyhrievané, ale tie sme veľmi nevyužívali. Pri ubytovaní sme sa stretli s veľkou ochotou recepčného, ktorý nás ubytoval, za čo mu ďakujeme. Oceňujem, že na záver nášho pobytu sa nás opýtali na náš názor ohľadom spokojnosti.
Určite sa nám nepáčila strava. Nejde o to, že by jej nebolo dosť, ale jedlo nám jednoducho nechutilo. Miešané drinky... no nedopili sme ani jeden, takže tie naozaj neboli dobré pre nás. Mali sme nepríjemnú skúsenosť s fotografmi (neviem či toto je služba ktorú ponúka sám rezort, alebo je to služba mimo rezortu), ale pri dojednávaní fotografa sme dostali ponuku 5 € za fotku a pri platení zrazu vychádzala 1 fotografia 8 €. Považujeme to za hrubé zavádzanie zákazníka.
